Last updated: November 22, 2025
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of MyChoice Mission Viejo Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
Services
MyChoice Mission Viejo Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, stamped concrete, slabs, foundations, repair work, and retaining walls. All services are subject to availability and our standard business practices.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by us are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information provided by you at the time of request. If conditions change or additional work is required beyond the original scope, we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by California law. You are responsible for all costs associated with collecting past due amounts.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated completion dates for all projects based on current conditions and normal circumstances. Weather, material availability, and unforeseen site conditions may affect project timelines. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruptions to your schedule. While we strive to meet all deadlines, project timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or modify your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to cancellation fees to cover costs already incurred. Changes to project scope during work may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. All changes must be approved in writing.
Warranty
We stand behind our work and offer a warranty on workmanship for all completed projects. The specific terms and duration of the warranty will be provided in your service agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing site conditions not disclosed to us.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for the duration of the project. This includes ensuring pets are secured and that our crew can access water and power as needed. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities or irrigation systems before work begins. We will take reasonable care to protect your property but are not liable for damage to unmarked underground features.
Permits and Regulations
We will advise you if permits are required for your project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and ensuring work complies with local building codes and HOA requirements. We will work according to standard industry practices and California building codes, but final responsibility for permit compliance rests with the property owner.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by California law.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. We believe in fair and open communication. If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
