These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MyChoice Mission Viejo Concrete website (missionviejoconcreteworks.com) and any services provided by MyChoice Mission Viejo Concrete ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or request our services.
By visiting our website, submitting a contact form, calling us, or entering into a service agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
MyChoice Mission Viejo Concrete is a licensed concrete contractor based in Mission Viejo, CA. We provide residential and commercial concrete services in South Orange County and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, pool decks, retaining walls, and related concrete work.
All work is performed by or under the supervision of a licensed contractor in accordance with applicable California law. Services are subject to availability and local permit requirements. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Written estimates are provided before work begins and are based on the information available at the time of the site visit. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have signed a written project agreement.
Prices may change if the scope of work changes after an estimate is issued. Examples of scope changes that may affect price include: discovery of unexpected soil conditions, changes to dimensions or materials requested by the customer, or work required by a city inspector that was not part of the original scope.
We will notify you of any price changes before additional work is performed. We do not add charges after a job is complete without prior written or verbal authorization.
Project start dates are estimates. Scheduling may be affected by weather, permit timelines, material availability, or prior project delays. We will communicate any significant schedule changes to you in advance.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or permits have been pulled may result in charges to recover those costs.
We reserve the right to pause or stop work if site conditions are unsafe, permits have not been issued, or payment obligations have not been met per the project agreement.
Payment terms are outlined in the written project agreement for each job. Typical arrangements require a deposit at the time of contract signing, with the balance due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment by cash, check, or other methods specified in your project agreement. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. Overdue balances may be subject to interest or collection fees as permitted under California law.
Under California law, we may have the right to file a mechanics lien on your property if payment is not made as agreed. We will always attempt to resolve disputes directly before pursuing legal remedies.
When a project requires a building permit, we will apply for and manage that permit on your behalf unless otherwise agreed. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and are typically included in the project estimate. Work will not begin on permitted projects until the permit has been issued. You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for city inspectors as required by the permit.
We stand behind our work. If a defect in workmanship appears within one year of project completion under normal use conditions, we will return to evaluate and address the issue at no additional charge, subject to the terms of your project agreement.
Concrete is a natural material. Minor hairline cracking, surface color variation, and surface texture differences are normal characteristics of concrete and are not considered defects. Damage caused by improper use, vehicle loads exceeding designed capacity, tree root intrusion, acts of nature, or failure to follow post-installation care instructions is not covered.
Our website content is provided for general informational purposes only. We make no warranty that information on our website is complete, current, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, MyChoice Mission Viejo Concrete's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services or website is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use of your property, loss of income, or inconvenience resulting from project delays or service issues, except where required by law.
If you have a complaint or concern, contact us first. Most issues can be resolved through a direct conversation. You can reach us by phone at (949) 998-2713 or by email at info@missionviejoconcreteworks.com.
